A non-profit, community-run agile conference held at the end of every year by the Agile66 team — a year-end get-together for everyone curious about agility, with tickets kept affordable.งานสัมมนาอไจล์ที่ไม่หวังผลกำไร จัดโดยทีมงาน Agile66 ต่อเนื่องทุกปีในช่วงท้ายปี เสมือนงานเลี้ยงสังสรรค์ปลายปีของคนที่สนใจอไจล์ ในราคาบัตรที่เข้าถึงได้

    Small towns, big energyเมืองเล็ก พลังใหญ่

    Developers in Besançon wanted to hear world-class agile speakers, but a small town could not attract them alone. Their agile coach Patrice Petit rallied 7 cities across France and Switzerland to run Agile Tour together in October 2008, drawing about 800 attendees. The idea has since spread to dozens of cities and tens of thousands of people worldwide.กลุ่ม Developer ที่เมือง Besançon อยากเรียนรู้อไจล์จาก Speaker ระดับโลก แต่เมืองเล็กๆ ดึงดูด Speaker ระดับนานาชาติได้ยาก คุณ Patrice Petit ซึ่งเป็น Agile Coach จึงชวนเพื่อนๆ ในวงการอไจล์มาจัด Agile Tour พร้อมกัน 7 เมืองทั่วฝรั่งเศสและสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ ในเดือนตุลาคม 2008 มีผู้เข้าร่วมรวมกันราว 800 คน หลังจากนั้นแนวคิดนี้ก็แพร่ไปสู่หลายสิบเมืองและผู้ร่วมงานหลายหมื่นคนทั่วโลก

    Agile Tour arrives in BangkokAgile Tour มาถึงกรุงเทพฯ

    Fresh from the first Agile Thailand, the Agile66 community wanted to keep learning. Agile Tour — a non-profit event any city can host, as long as it runs near year-end with affordable tickets — was the answer, and the first Agile Tour Bangkok took place in 2012. Regional and global speakers (some returning) have joined since, alongside new local voices, and the event has run every year, even face-to-face through COVID.หลังจัด Agile Thailand ครั้งแรกเสร็จ ชาว Agile66 ก็กระหายที่จะเรียนรู้ต่อ จึงได้พบกับ Agile Tour งานสัมมนาอไจล์ที่ไม่หวังผลกำไร เมืองไหนก็จัดได้ ขอเพียงจัดช่วงท้ายปีและตั๋วมีราคาที่เข้าถึงได้ และจัด Agile Tour Bangkok ครั้งแรกในปี 2012 ตั้งแต่นั้นมีทั้ง Speaker ระดับภูมิภาคและระดับโลกมาถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ บางคนมาหลายรอบ พร้อมกับ Speaker หน้าใหม่ของไทยที่แจ้งเกิดอย่างต่อเนื่อง งานจัดต่อเนื่องทุกปี แม้ช่วงโควิดก็ยังจัดแบบ Face-to-Face ได้

    Agility is on almost every company’s agenda, yet real business agility is hard, and some organizations have moved beyond popular frameworks to design their own ways of working. Inspired by Peter Senge’s idea that the best learning laboratories are communities of companies learning together, the 2025 edition — The Pioneer Edition — became a stage for practitioners to exchange experience, with speakers from Finnomena, LINE MAN Wongnai, PRIMO, Capco and WiseSight.แทบทุกองค์กรต้องการความคล่องตัว แต่การทำให้เกิด Agility ที่สร้างผลทางธุรกิจจริงนั้นไม่ง่าย บางองค์กรจึงเลิกยึดติดกับ Framework ยอดนิยม แล้วออกแบบระบบการทำงานของตัวเองโดยไม่สนใจว่าจะเรียกว่า Agile หรือไม่ ด้วยแรงบันดาลใจจาก Peter Senge ที่เชื่อว่าห้องทดลองการเรียนรู้ที่ทรงพลังที่สุดคือชุมชนขององค์กรที่พร้อมเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ในปี 2025 งานจึงกลายเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ภายใต้ชื่อ Agile Tour Bangkok 2025, Agile Organization Symposium, The Pioneer Edition โดยมี “ตัวจริง” จาก Finnomena, LINE MAN Wongnai, PRIMO, Capco และ WiseSight มาร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์
